Kevin is the founder and CEO of Tilting Point, a leading, award-winning free-to-play games publisher that has amassed over 80 game titles under one roof through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Kevin founded Tilting Point in 2012, and it has since grown to a staff of hundreds worldwide, with major locations in New York, Barcelona, Kyiv, Seoul, Miami and Vancouver. It has also been recognized multiple times by PocketGamer.biz’s annual list of Top 50 Mobile Game Makers, placing as #10 in 2022.

Prior to Tilting Point, Kevin built multiple businesses in entertainment and digital media including the Connecticut Film Center, CFC Real Estate, CFC Specialty Finance and Platonic Films.

In 2006, Kevin founded Connecticut Film Center, the leading Connecticut provider of production services and facilities for the entertainment industry. Prior to its sale, the Film Center operated 252,000 sq ft of production facilities across three locations. Over a decade, the Film Center was responsible for bringing $800 million of motion picture and television production into Connecticut, and housing over 50 productions.

Previous to founding Connecticut Film Center, Segalla was a New York City based independent film producer. Some of his credits include 5 time BAFTA nominee “Taliesin Jones” (AKA “Small Miracles”), Sundance award winner “Streets of Legend” (AKA “Quattro Noza”), and Sony Pictures Classics release “Whatever”.
