Technical Compliance Manager

As the Technical Compliance Manager, you are sufficiently technical in order to understand the data flows being scanned and tested, and experienced in compliance verification and reporting processes, and capable of owning the framework and audit requirements. 

  • Examine all games under compliance requirements and document all SDKs used (including any internal developer tools that interact with data collection) 
  • Examine all SDK implementations and document how data flows and settings are tested / verified
  • Implement and oversee testing / scanning procedures and ensure compliance is in place and verifiable for all data collection operations
  • Run a continuous program of ensuring fixes are scheduled and implemented to non-complaint data collection operations and verified with appropriate auditable testing methods
  • Work with code scanning tools vendors to develop fully-verifiable development workflows to prevent new non-compliance issues with any SDKs or internal tools that interact with data collection operations
  • Provide testing and verification of in-game age gate systems and related user-facing data collection operations
  • Liaise with Legal to ensure continuous development of compliance programs as regulations emerge and develop
  • Ensure data repositories are verified to be compliant with applicable regulations
  • Author and maintain audit-ready reporting on data collection compliance across games and work with Legal to satisfy regulatory inquires and requirements 

Who You Are

  • You have a deep technical knowledge, a plus if it's within the mobile f2p market

  • You may have been an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer previously

  •  If CIPT or even CIPM designation, you would almost certainly have the goods for this job
