Marketing Intern (TPU Graduate Program)

As part of our “TPU” Program for Graduates, you’ll be joining our Marketing Team as a Marketing Intern to get into the marketing strategies and campaign within the mobile videogame industry. 

Our "TPU" Program for Graduates is a 6 months program (extendable to additional 6 months) focused for junior profiles or new graduates willing to get their first experience in their field of interest. 

Your Future at Tilting Point

  • Assist the marketing manager creating new games stores in Apple Arcade: name game, subtitle and description optimization, translations using different tools (AI) and implementing in the stores.
  • Build data tracking on key launches (pre-registration/launch preliminary dates) and compare them with previous or similar ones. 
  • Help Community Managers to develop social media content along the creative team for key launches with strong weight in digital communities, while also keeping an eye on trends. 
  • Explore collaborations with different groups in different projects, by listing them, registering main KPIs, and help on the presentation.
  • Research trends, content creators, and what is being done in terms of campaigns in the gaming industry.
  • Contribute with script/promo/ads ideas to be used for SM and UA.

Your XP & Skills

  • Superior Studies (Grado Superior, University Degree or Masters), officially recognized by Spain, completed within the past 2 years. Ideally in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or a related.
  • Holder of a valid full time work visa, EU NIE or National ID. 
  • Availability for Full Time Employment (40h weekly).
  • Resident in Barcelona area.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Basic knowledge in digital marketing, social media, analysis tools, and/or market research.
  • Ability to work in a team, be proactive, organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Extroverted and proactive looking for having a great time while working!
  • Knowledge or interest in mobile gaming as user (nice to have)

Location

This position is 100% hybrid in the Barcelona area.
