Marketing Intern (Graduate Program)


Tilting Point is a fast growing mobile games publisher with a vast network of relationships with independent game developers that rely on its data driven approach to improve store visibility and user conversion.

As part of our TPU” Program for Graduates, you’ll be joining our Growth Team as a Marketing Intern for Platform Optimization to support the processes with Platforms management, while contributing in all marketing and operation-related tasks in the team.


Your future at Tilting Point: 

  • Following and adapting processes to ensure mobile game updates are fully prepared for featuring release
  • Working internally with UA to secure optimal results
  • Writing creative content and preparing presentations for the mobile game updates to be present to app stores such as Google and Apple
  • Analyse featuring impacts


Skills and requirements:

  • Finished official Superior Studies (Degree or Masters), completed in Spain within the past 2 years. 
  • NIE and Valid work permit for full time employment (40h weekly).
  • Great Communication | Presentation | Analytical skills 
  • Experience with presentation and editing tools such as PowerPoint | Canvas | Google Slides and Photoshop | Adobe Premiere (or similar tools)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong experience using Excel for analysis purposes and other analytical tools
  • High-level written and verbal English
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-moving company 
  • Passion for the mobile and gaming industry 
  • Self-motivated and self-driven. Able to take responsibility of tasks
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • NICE TO HAVE: 1 year experience in a Marketing role

This position is based in Barcelona and requires some in-office days, following our Hybrid WFH policy.

Candidates must know that this is a full-time position (40 h per week) covered under a Professional Internship Agreement. Having completed official Superior Studies (Degree or Master) in Spain and holding an already-valid full-time work-permit is required and NIE. As part of the hiring process, proof of studies and documents will be requested.
