3D Tech Animator


At Tilting Point, we combine data, technology, talent and groundbreaking marketing to scale games to success.

And nowadays we are looking for a 3D Animator for our Creative team. This role focuses on creating advertising, trailers and previsualizations for a large number of games in our portfolio.


Your future at Tilting Point

  • Participate in the creation of promotional videos, previsualizations of new projects and cinematics.
  • Creation of Rigs for characters and props compatible with UE5.
  • Creation and assembly of animations compatible with UE5.
  • Preparation and assembly of scenes in sequencer.
  • Integrate 3D assets into composites to create visually engaging art pieces.
  • Collaborate with Artists, Art Directors, and Project Managers to ensure a consistent brand vision.
  • Participate in art reviews and respond to critical feedback in a professional manner.


  • An online portfolio consisting of current personal and recent professional work.
  • Attention to detail and artistic eye.
  • Be able to adapt to stylistic guidelines set by the Lead Artist and Art Directors and work in an iterative environment.
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
  • A strong passion for gaming.
  • Production animation experience as a must.
  • Fluent English language required.
  • Great time management skills and ability to meet team deadlines.

Skills and requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of animation (body mechanics, acting…) and rigging in Maya.
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of Advance Skeleton.
  • Animation and rigging of facials compatible with game engines.
  • Retarget and reuse of animation libraries.

Bonus points

  • Knowledge of Blender (Autorig Pro, Rigify…).
  • Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere for video editing and rendering.
  • Experience with MoCap is a plus.
  • Understanding of shape, structure, and silhouette regarding composition.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and camera management.
  • An eye for color, contrast, value, detail, and good lighting principles.
  • Python, MEL and Pymel is a plus.

This position is based in Barcelona.
